Niehlscape's beginnings are rooted at a family birthday party in 2005. Four cousins John Mark Niehls, Nathan Niehls, David Niehls, and Daniel Niehls are the founding members of the company. The founders are Christians with many ties to farming and the values associated with both activities. All four are college graduates, Kutztown, Penn State, Wheaton, and Harding respectively.
